Unfortynately I cannot wtrite anything new in this summary.
PurgeObjects works in some cases but in some doesn't.
Therefore, I would suggest to use system request to remove
nasty databases:
DeleteString = "command.com /c del /q" ++ thePathToDbf
System.Execute(DeleteString),
despite the fact that they will be still existing somewhere
in the project's memory.
When you open the project next time, you encounter the file selector
asking for the 'lost' files.
Nevertheless, it's enough to click 'Cancel all' button.
