Is  anyone aware of a program that will directly download or upload
Garmin eTrex waypoint coordinates and descriptions directly from or to a

text file, spreadsheet, or database?


I am using a Garmin eTrex Venture. The following is a summary of the
results from trying several programs that are available for download.

WayPoint+     Did not communicate with my Venture

Panterria        Did not communicate with my Venture

GarTrip          Was able to download/upload waypoints and tracks
This is shareware, $30 registration fee
